It is with sadness in my heart, that I announce my retirement as both an Admin, and as a player, of The Menagerie.
I have been playing this game in its various incarnations since TTD 3 years ago, and have been lucky enough to get to know many of you and to rp with you over these years. I gained enough respect and trust to become an admin, and I have felt blessed to assist Grayell in running these games.
Now, as for the reasons for my leaving, I will just leave it at irreconcilable differences of opinion between me and my fellow admins. I wish them and the site all the best, but several recent decisions have left me with a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth. I don't expect many of you to understand, as most of it has been behind the scenes, but I just feel that I can no longer stay.
Again, I wish you all the best, but I will no longer be on this site. That said, I have come to think of a lot, if not ALL, of you as my friends and I will miss talking with you. So if you wish to talk with me, I have Skype, and am pretty much on it all the time. My name is 'raidatheblade' and If you add me on there, I WILL accept, and will enjoy talking to you.
I may occasionally stop by the chatbox to say hey to all of you, but I do suggest the skype road if you want to talk e.e
So, unless we someday meet again, I love you guys, it really has been great. I mean that with all my heart.

I'm using this thread to tender my resignation as well, for much the same reasons.

Good ol' Ansel told me about his retirement and figured it would be a good time as any to do the same.
My muse has been rather numb lately and I feel it best to put the RPing to rest before school starts up again and I disappear altogether under the stress.
While I'm sure my itch to write will stir again someday, I don't know when that will be. I've been a member of this site since The Third Dawn, and I'm glad to have shared this long road with many of the Menagerie's veteran players. I feel I've grown as a better writer since coming on here, and I've met many good people who I can call friends.
Like Ansel, I may check back in every now and then, but as for the pen, it will lay to rest for quite sometime.
Stay classy, Menagerie.

I'll miss you all too, even though I've only had the pleasure to roleplay with Marg (and I'll miss you the most *hugs tight*).

I only had the pleasure of rping with Marg in the past, and although it wasn't as long as some of the other people I know here, I must say I will miss him. I hope you guys the past and maybe one day you guys can come back and just have fun with us again. Take care until then.
