As Hex prepared himself, he was caught slightly off guard from the girl's quick movements. Maybe she had some use after all. As she kept low, Hex saw the man infront of him become slightly reckless, aiming a tomahawk in his direction. Jumping to the side, he dodged the tomahawk by a rather large margin.
"Perhaps you should concentrate a little more before you take a hack at me..." he said, looking at him and at the girl. If the woman's plan worked, he would have to fall backwards, or at least stumble. It was a brilliant plan, as the bigger they are, the harder they fall. Trying to help her in her attempt to incapacitate her foe, he use some of his magic to call upon the winds that blew in a concentration where her kick had been. By just using this air to push rather than peirce, it wouldn't induce a lot of fatigue, but it definitely could not be kept up forever. In order to aid this further, he called upon the wind to do the same thing to the front, except on his upper torso area. The gust of wind wouldn't be too strong nor would it hurt a bunch, but it was just an attempt to kock him off his feet, as most of the work was done with the kick from the cat woman.

The wind, coupled with the catgirls kick, brought him to the ground. He clutched his Tomahawk, tears streaming down his face, knowing what was to come. "I... can't fade away." he whispered, "I won't let HIM WIN!"He picked himself up, and reached into his pack, he brought out the second of his twin tomahawks. "I will DESTROY YOU!"
He swung for Hex, more enraged by his use of magic, than at the force of the blow itself.

::She leaps backwards, barely avoiding the angry swipe from the sharkman. This fight was begining to take its toll on her. She was tiring, and it wouldn't be long before her reflexes failed her.
Gathering herself, she leaps back into the fray. Her attack focused on one of Fores/Feros' arms, she intended to try and relieve him of at least one of his weapons::

The attack hits, and Feros barely keeps a hold of his weapon. He tries to bash her with his elbow, to throw her off guard so that maybe he can escape without using his magic. He knows he can't keep this up, against two foes, he's almost hopeless without magic. But he can't let that thing take control.

::The blow catches her offguard, as focused as she was on trying to disarm the beast. The elbow catches her in the face and she is once again knocked into the dirt. The coppery taste of blood fills her mouth and she can already feel her lip begining to swell.
Spitting blood onto the dirt street, she pulls her kunai and dives toward Fores. Hoping to still catch him while he's down, she puts all her weight behind the attack as she tries to drive the points thru the man's soft deerskin cloak and as deep into the ground as she can manage.::

Hex was glad his plan had worked originally, his wind knocking the man to the ground. However, this didn't keep him pinned down light he originally planned. Backing up, he thought of maybe using earth, as water and fire weren't available to him. Seeing the woman more fatigued than he was, he spoke to her as she clawwed at the man's arms. "Take a rest, miss! I can handle him from here." I mean, the man was already trying to go after him anyways. Being rather invigorated from starting this fight, the adrenaline rushed through his veins as he saw the incoming tomahawk.
As he was about to dodge the attack, the woman grabbed ahold of one of his arms, his other one being dodged with a little more effor than the last one. "You're quite terrible at hitting those tomahawks, Mister!" He smiled as he turned it from a gleeful smile to a more devious one as he mustered some strength to grab a hold of some stones in the area through magic and tried to focus in on the crazed shark man. The pebbles were just few at first, the first batch being amix of small and large peices of gravel and stone, and Hex brought it in close as fast as he could to the man, trying to injure something of his, whether it be his arm, chest, or leg. Some pebble would hit him of course, but the strength to conjure the movement of the pebbles was more tiring than he thought. He was getting mroe and more fatigued as he kept using magic, but it was the only way he knew how to defend himself.
However, the girl had not listened to him the first time. She took ahold of some dagger, mostly resembling a kunai, and rushed in with her strength to try and hurt him. by doing so, she would also get caught in the barage of pebbles, and hex panicked for a moment, but it was her decision, and if she got hit, it wasn't too terrible...

The knive is in deep, and he can't move far, if at all. He can't dodge, he can't get up, he's completely at their mercy...
"No, NOT YET, I DON'T WANT TO DIE JUST YET!" Even in his helpless state, he slashes at the catgirl. He can't stand the thought of being at her mercy, or that damn mage. He tries to fling the Tomahawk at the mage, but he's out of practice, it's almost sure not to work.

::She feels her blades bite deep into the dirt as the pebble storm called forth by the mage strikes both her and Fores. Fores' body blocks her from most of the attack, but not all. She knows she'll have a few bruises come morning, should she survive this as the stones strike body and limb. One hits her temple hard enough to draw blood and leaves her momentarily dazed. Just in time for the sharkman's wild swipe, sending her rolling away from him and back into the dirt.::

"AAAAAARRGGGHH" He screams, as the pebbles strike him. leaving him more battered and bruised than before, he slumps to the ground. His energy all but spent, leaving only his magical power to be tapped into.
"Maybe you were right." He says out loud to Feros, who was still inside his mind. "I'm... not strong enough. I'll fade away, and you'll take over like you said you would." Fores began to smile acceptingly, and lay his head down on the ground. Shutting his eyes, waiting for feros to take over.
"No." The word echoed in his head, "You won't fade away, not while i'm here." Fores could feel himself slipping away, but not into the end, but back into his mind. He wasn't dead, he didn't even fade away, he simply slipped back into his mind again. "I'll be back for you, you are real, Fores."
Feros's eyes opened, he opened his mouth, showcasing his maw of shark-like teeth. The frenzy began to take over, and suddenly he was in a rush of energy. his body, still battered and bruised, was cmbersome, and wouldn't be able to support any form of complex stance. Earth Magic, even when used by an apprentice like this, was a powerful force. Using his raw power, he caused the daggers to hover off of his deerskin robe enough to allow him to move. Without a stance, he was weaker, but still powerful. He slowly gets to his feet, still slumped over with pain, and announces "I am Feros, i am the Lord of this Body, i am the Monk of the Blade, and you will stand down, or face my wrath." He assumed the offensive stance, with the swiftness of a master, ready to fight.

He shakes his head as the pebbles hit both the woman and the man. Turning his attention to the cat-lady, he shouts from his safe distance away. "Are you okay?"
That was a stupid question to ask, as the next second she was rolling away from the man, who had swiped at her. She was injured and in no condition to fight. "Stay there!" he yelled as he stood where he was, determined to get the iron shark man to bite his dust: or get a mouthful of it at least.
"Hey, shark boy! Over here!" he said, waving his hand in the air. As he did so, the man got up, almost in a berserk state, and opened his mouth which revealed a rather large set of teeth. He stumbled for a bit, but then regianed his posture and composure, speaking as if he was some god.
"The only gods I know are dead," Hex said rather coldly. He raised his hand, in a rather bad-donkey stance, As if ready to shoot a pulse of energy from his hand. "Come at me, bro!"

::It takes effort to get to her feet again, but she makes it. It gladdens her to hear the familiar challenge again as this more honorable personality has proven to be more open to reason in the past.
Neko moves to put herself between the two figures and waves her hands wildly to try and get Feros' attention.::

"Get out of the way, girl!" He shouted, "He isn't going to be reasonable, and he impugns my honour as a Monk!" He maintains his stance, and keeps focused on the mage. He can hear a scolding voice within his own head "Her names Neko you idiot! Show some respect!" Fores's familiar shrill cackle was annoying, but suprisingly informative.

Hex was more confused. Before this whole fiasco, he was happy as can be. Now, he is trying to save a cat woman, against this man who is rather... Mad. Insane. Crazy. Whatever you want to call him. He just wasn't right in the head. He lowered his hand and nodded as he looked at the girl.
"You're obviously in no condition to fight. Why do you insist of getting hurt even more?" He walks up to her, around to her side and faces her, keeping an ear open for anything the man could throw at him.

::She holds a hand up, palm out towards each man in an obvious signal to stop. She looks up to Feros and points at her eyes, then his, then her again. Her hope to keep him focused and in charge.
Racking her brain, she tries to come up with a way to comunicate what she needs but she's still a bit hazy from the blow to the head.
Eyes locked on Feros, she takes a few steps backwards and motions for him to follow...::

Feros sighed, loosening his stance. "I won't fight, if you won't, show me your honour." He gestured to Neko to get out of the way, he didn't want to carry on if it meant hurting the Cat. Fores had done enough of that, he stood, hands by his side. Ready for Hex's response.
