By accessing or using Menagerie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these
terms, do not use the service.
These terms apply to your use of Menagerie’s website, application, and related services.
Menagerie provides tools for creating and managing tabletop RPG character sheets and related
campaign information.
Menagerie currently includes free account features as well as paid character sheet credits.
Character sheet credits are purchased separately through one-time payments.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or maintaining an
account.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for
activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should take steps to
secure it promptly.
You agree not to:
Menagerie and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including the
software, branding, design, and site content, except where otherwise stated.
You retain rights in the content you create and upload to Menagerie. By using the service, you
grant Menagerie the limited rights needed to host, display, process, store, and back up that
content for the purpose of operating and improving the service for you.
Menagerie currently offers character sheet credits through one-time purchases. Menagerie does not
currently offer subscription billing.
Character sheet credits do not expire.
Pricing may change in the future, but changes will apply prospectively rather than retroactively to
completed purchases.
Payments are processed through Polar.
Eligible purchases are covered by Menagerie’s 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility and
handling may depend on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable requirements.
Menagerie is provided on an as is and as available basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menagerie disclaims warranties of any kind,
whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Menagerie does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always
available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menagerie will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits,
goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using Menagerie at any time.
You may also delete your account while logged in by visiting /app/settings.
Menagerie may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have
violated these terms, abused the service, created security or fraud risk, or if suspension or
termination is otherwise required for legal or operational reasons.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions
related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and applicable payment or
legal obligations.
Your use of Menagerie is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our
Cookie Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to Menagerie’s features,
business practices, service providers, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the

These terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, the parties will attempt to
resolve it in good faith before pursuing formal legal action where appropriate.
Any further governing law, venue, or dispute-resolution details may be specified in a future
update to these terms.
